ENTRY REQUIREMENT
All registered companies(ex-Reg's Dept) in the field of Real Estate/allied sectors and finance
Property developers outside Ghana also qualify for submission provided it has a significant Ghanaian involvement
Companies can submit multiple entries per category
Companies operating full service concept in providing real estate and allied solution for top end segment to budget segment can submit entries across segments if they so wish
Property must have been completed and occupied
Each entry should be made up of the following
Visual of property on a CD
1 hard Copy Print of visual of property
Write up containing the following:
Business background and objectives
Construction Objectives
Innovativeness of Solutions
Requisite entry fee of 2m cedis by bankers draft to Ghana Property Awards
